I shall not apply back for the government seat after dissolution of the Cabinet, stated the Vice-Prime Minister of the RK in Almaty on the 6th of January. However, Baltash Tursymbayev admitted that he would accept a high post if he were offered after the elections. At the same time, he is sure that the community will elect Nursultan Nazarbayev. Still, Mr. Tursymbayev thinks that he was doing well in his office. I do not need any high post, however if they need me I will think it over, is his opinion concerning possibility of his appointment the Prime Minister of the new Government. As for the Kazak economy, he said of the whole, We cannot fall deeper as we are on the very bottom of the fall. So, we have to clamber up and find a way out. Judging by Almaty, the economy is developing well. And yet, if you look at thousands of villages inhabited with our citizens and brothers, the impression is rather a stressing he noticed.
Having compared political situation in Kazakstan with that in the Central-Asian republics, Mr. Tursymbayev stressed, in comparison to Uzbek and Turkmen Republics, our democracy is satisfactory. There can be neither half-democracy nor half-truth, the Vice-Prime Minister believes.
