�After the three-months delay, the Ministry of Justice gave the republican public movement �Orleu� a temporary one-year registration certificate. Within a year we should register subsidiaries of our movement in 9 regions. We have also received certificate for publication of �Orleu� newspaper, which is planned to be started after the election,� the leader of the movement �Orleu� announced on Wednesday in Almaty.

According to Seidakhmet Kuttykadam, the registration was mainly possible thanks to pressure of the US and Russian Embassies, OSCE, Radio �Liberty�, BBC, as well as of local mass media.

�As in 1995 the main part of the population and many politicians boycotted the election, we received the present Parliament. That is why we think that we should go to the election. We understand that it will be difficult, there will be a mass falsification, pressure on candidates, compromising materials for sure. If it happens so, the movement will have to radicalise,� he emphasised.

Seidakhmet Kuttykadam stated that the next Parliament election would be the last chance to influence the country�s fate in a democratic way.

We remind you that the program of �Orleu� includes the complete democratisation of the political system, when the Parliament is to become an independent branch of the authorities being entitled to appoint the cabinet of the Minister, regional Akims on the election basis.

�If the election is honest, it will be mainly representatives of opposition parties and movement who enter the Parliament,� the leader of �Orleu� stated.

According to Mr. Kuttykadam, 10 candidates will be nominated from the movement. Seidakhmet Kuttykadam plant to be balloted in one of the Almaty districts.

In his opinion, at present moods caused by distrust to the authorities prevail in the society.

�Kazakhstan has no future until the present regime exists,� the leader of the movement announced.

�Orleu� movement is being still pressed literally in all regions. However, this just proves that the authorities acknowledge the power of the movement, he believes.

�Before joining �Orleu�, people who normally worked and lived before were pressed. In particular, they are trying to dismiss from the work one of the activists of the movement Marat Telemtaev. The leader of the Dzhambyl subsidiary is being persecuted. They threatened to kill Anatoly Nedostup, a member of the movement. Despite everything, our movement is not going to be a boy to be beaten, we will not allow them to frighten us,� Seidakhmet Kuttykadam added.
